The link SHOPPING ONLINE that is situated in each displayed product, will leads you to specify which size you want to purchase, showing you, in a simple way, which sizes of the displayed products are available in stock at the time and which are not. After selecting the size, pressing the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button, you are adding the product to your order. Each time you include a product to your purchase order, you will see a screen where we will indicate you the description, units, price of each one of them and its total. 

If you wish, you will be able to finish the purchase process pressing the corresponding button shown there. You will also have the options that will let you delete a product, update your order, cancel it or continue sailing through AN. In case you choose this last option, you will be able, whenever you want, to enter again to your "Shopping Bag", in order to finish the purchase process from there. 

Once you decide to finish your request, you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery data, which may or not be coincident. If you are already a registered customer in Arika Nerguiz and you enter your password, the data will be automatically completed in order to entirely facilitate your purchase process. 
In this form you will be able to select, without additional charge, your order to be shipped as a gift to any person you wish and including a card with the text you specify us.

However, and in case of unavailable products or sizes, you may consult our online purchase personal assistants, who will inform you if your desire piece could be made and/or purchased, and the time it may take. You can also place Special Orders of manufacture, as it is shown on particular lines. 

Special Orders 
AN offers the possibility to place manufacture of Special Orders. 

It means that our customers can order the manufacture of any footwear of the AN collections with the material, color, height, heel and sort of sole available. In order to do this, and after receiving an initial comment in an assistant dedicated to the attention of Special Orders will be assigned to your order; he/she will interpret you and lead you in the best way and in whatever you need. 
Special Orders have an extra charge, which is quoted in each case, according to the request. 

You have to take into account that any Special Order is not entered in manufacture process until having the confirmation by the client. However, once this confirmation is done, there is no place for changes, returns or any kind of refund. 

Special Orders are considered confirmed to enter in "manufacture process" once their payment has been done. 

Prices displayed on the products of the AN Site are quoted in American dollars (USD).

About the shipping costs

Information of orders status
When you close a purchase you will receive an email confirming the receiving of the order. 
The charges generated by your purchase will be charged to your Paypal account at the moment of your purchase. In case any complication exists, we will notify you via email. 

You will close the purchase, after entering your payment information, knowing exactly the amount of it. 

Shipping and Delivery 
Online purchases done at Arika Nerguiz are shipped with express service "door to door" via transport agency of courier type and will require a signature of the receiver upon delivery. 

The product(s) asked for, will be delivered at the customer's residence or at the address indicated by him/her. For security reasons, no purchase can be shipped to P.O. boxes. 

As long as the merchandise is in stock, the orders received Monday through Friday before 13:00hs, excluding holidays, are processed the same day in order to leave our premises usually during the next two working days.

All purchases are shipped, processed and delivered via courier service from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Time of transit and delivery depends on the destination country, however, we may estimate an average time of 5 to 7 working days. Without prejudice that some destinations could require more time. In case you need more precise information about this topic, you may consult, by emailing, our Customer Service, where we will attend you with pleasure. Important: Verify the delivery address of your purchase before finishing it. If the address was miss-entered, the reshipping costs will be charged on the customer. 

Once your purchase has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email. Moreover, we will send you a delivery confirmation once we receive the notification from the courier company that your purchase has been delivered. 

To ensure the security of your shipment, we do not provide, in the confirmation email, a tracking number of the shipment of your purchase. However, during the shipment, we maintain the tracking numbers in order to an AN assistant may see if the delivery of your purchase is delayed for some reason. 

Taxes in Destination Country 
AN does not include in its prices, and it is not responsible for taxes and local fees that may be required in the destination country or area where the purchase will be delivered. 

Return Policy 
The high quality and guarantee in each product is an essential AN commitment with each one of its customers. If when you receive the order, you are not satisfied, you have a 7 days period from the receiving date to use your right of return and change of the product. The shipping costs in case of return must be paid by the customer. 

To carry out such return, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packing. Once we receive the merchandise in our premises, previously checking its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount, debiting a 35% of the total of the product purchased, with a minimum of usd 90.00 (american dollars ninety) per concept of operating expenses. 

AN will admit the return and replacement of a wrongly shipped product and will pay for the shipping costs, only if the customer informs this circumstance within a seven (7) days period counted from the date of receiving the shipment.

Purchases of items "On Sale" and those with the "Special Orders" service do not have change or return. 

Size changes 
If when you receive your purchase the size does not satisfy you, you have a 7 (seven) day period since the date of reception to effectuate the change of it. The shipping costs in case of size changes must be paid by the customer. 

To effectuate that change the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packing. The customer will proceed then following exactly the instructions opportunely given by an Arika Nerguiz shopping assistant. When the merchandise is received in our premises, and previously checking of the state of it, we will proceed to change the size for the one indicated by the customer authoricing then the shipping of it. 

Changes or Cancellations of an order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us, as soon as possible, to We will do all the necessary to please you; however, once a product has left our premises to be shipped, the purchase can not be modified or cancelled until the product had been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy and return your purchase once you have received it. According to this, the shipping costs for this kind of returns must be paid by the customer. If you wish to modify your purchase respect from the original one, our assistants will be able to help you with pleasure. 

In case of changes, modifications or cancellations of "Special Orders", will only be accepted until before the entering confirmation of the Order in "manufacture process".
